Awesome sermon yesterday morning @ Christ Tabernacle Apostolic Church, Worcester, MA. Guest Speaker: District Elder Robert Hibbs from Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, New Bedford, MA.
'Throw Your Problem Overboard! ~Jonah 1:11-15'. Friends I pray that my personal notes are a blessing to you as yesterday's sermon was to me!... ; ) When some people show up trouble comes with them. What demons are following behind that person? Sometimes the people that we think that we can trust the most we need to get away from. Some people that you let on your boat will turn your boat into the Titanic. Some of us continue to hang around the same people and get the same results. Don't hang around folks who don't care about themselves because if they hate themselves then they will hate you. Some folks will not stop until they destroy your life. When you are saved everybody wants what you got. You will be surprised who is starting trouble in your life. Stop taking hands of people who don't want to follow God. We brag about what we got when our Savior had nothing. Everybody that comes to church don't want to be saved. Everything God makes is good, it's what man does with it that makes it evil. Just because you threw someone overboard don't mean you gave them up...you gave them to God. Everybody got to go to the bottom to go to the top. You have to appreciate God when you have a problem. You don't know what one soul can do to the kingdom of God. Jonah prayed when he was in the fish. Jonah didn't humble himself God humbled him. Some of you are trying to step out when God is still working on you in the closet. You don't have to give up on someone...God has to take them by the hand. I thank God for Elder Hibbs and this rhema word that he brought forth yesterday morning! Elder Hibbs has been obedient and a faithful servant standing in the gap for my bishop during his travels. May God continue to bless him, his beautiful wife 1st lady Janice Hibbs, and their family for his works, love, and foremost for consistently feeding our spirits! Blessings, ~Spiritually Fabulous
