I would be selfish if I didn’t share today’s sermon! ‘It’s Your Time To Get Up! ~John 5:2-9.’ Guest Speaker: Elder Marvin Shaw. The challenge that you go through is God’s opportunity. God is a right now God. No matter how long you been in your situation, there is no time factor for God. There should come a time in your life when you say “Enough is Enough”! Sometimes we have some factors that keep us from getting to where God wants us to be. Jesus is the only help we need. How do you tell somebody that God is a deliverer when you won’t let Him deliver YOU? We act like we serve someone who can’t do the impossible. God takes counsel from NO ONE! God is bad!!!!! Who else wrote a Will, died and came back to make sure the Will was fulfill. Before you were a twinkle in your mommy and daddy’s eye, God already had a plan for you. Learn to speak yourself in position. Four tips….

#1 The biggest enemy is ‘FEAR’ and being in denial. Fear brings torment!

#2 Learn how to renew your mind, you have to have a renewed mind. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

3# Too many of us are preoccupied wondering if we are going to Heaven. When you are in God’s hand, NO One can pluck you out. 

4# Too many excuses about going forward the way that God wants you to go. Forget about excuses and position yourself to be blessed.

Learn to speak yourself in position. You have to position yourself to believe that God will make it come to pass. You have to go through the process. The goodness will come when God puts you under pressure. God is cleaning you up to purify you. WHEN HE SEES HIMSELF IN YOU, HE KNOWS YOU ARE READY! It’s not about you; it’s about you reflecting God. God is good at raising things. Look how many individuals He raised up in the Bible. God wants to give you something fresh every day. Get a fresh Word (the Bible) everyday. Individuals will tell you anything, they will tell you what you want to hear. You need to be familiar with those familiar spirits, individuals who are sent by the enemy…who are familiar with you and know things about you. Fight the enemy back with the Word of God. If you learn how to speak the Word of God the more you will live. God gave you the Holy Spirit to give you the power to get through. You are not going to leave until your purpose is fulfilled. I got a God who has everything under control. God has your best interest in mind! Everything that God allows to happen is good. God will resurrect what you need. God knows how to raise your situation. Rise up and go forward to do what God wants you to do!!!!! 
 
Today’s Word was definitely for me! I know my church family was blessed with this powerful word on today and I know it will be a blessing to you as well!!! I’m proud to say…“GOD RAISED ME UP!!!!!”
