Forgiveness

God placed this in my heart on this morning to share with you. We all have been hurt in the past. Individuals continue to speak against and act against us, but we still have to forgive them. I know it is easily said than done, but it is a command in the Bible. The Bible says, if you do not forgive those who sin against you God will not forgive your sins. Also, if you are holding someone in your heart God does not hear your prayers. People will always have something to say or fight against us, but we have to forgive them. Friends, I will leave you with this...they did it to Jesus, so why would we be exempt?!?!?!


"For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." ~Matthew 6:14-15

“This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart." ~Matthew 18:35

"If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:" ~Psalms 66:18
