False Teaching and False Prophets

Children of God, stand firm and resist the devil! Stand firm and tap into to Word of God on a daily basis! Do not be deceived or dismayed, know God's Word for yourself so you can discern when you are being misled! This is truly the time to know God's Word for yourself and be filled with His Holy Spirit. Foremost, strapped with the full armor of God! Please meditate on the scriptures below to back up what the spirit of God layed in my heart. I pray that this morning's devotion will bless and equip you!

"For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." ~Matthew 24:24 

"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." ~1 John 4:1

"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits..." ~Matthew 7:15-16

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry." ~2 Timothy 4:3-5 

"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of." ~2 Peter 2:1-2
