Do Not Let The Wind Pass You By!

Blessed to have had the opportunity to minister today for the first time at my church...to God be the glory!!! Message: "Do Not Let The Wind Pass You By!" ~John 3:6-8

•In this particular scripture The Wind is referred to as the "Holy Spirit"

•When I looked up the term "wind" the words that stuck out to me were air, breath, breeze, and whisk

•Spiritually speaking...the same words that describe the term "wind" also describes the Holy Spirit...Fresh Air, Fresh Breath, Fresh Breeze, Fresh Whisk

"Do Not Let The Wind Pass You By!"

•We all know...out there the wind tends to gets cold 

•In here...The Wind is soothing, it is a Comforter 

"Do Not Let The Wind Pass You By!"

•When The Wind lives within it has the power to comfort, guide, lead, and protect you 

"For the Bible says, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." ~John 14:26

"Do Not Let The Wind Pass You By!"

•When you are going through a storm in your life, God's Wind is the Perfect Wind to help blow you through that storm

•The Holy Spirit dwells in the midst

•Allow that Perfect Wind to take total control of your situation, your issues, your habits, your fears, your tears. To take total control of your life, to fill you and complete you

"Do Not Let The Wind Pass You By!"

•Without air you are unable to live because we need oxygen to survive. The same as the Holy Spirit...without the Holy Spirit we are unable to survive in this cold world

•The Holy Spirit strengthens us...that fresh Wind keeps us alive and foremost it keeps us righteous 

•I don't know about you but I need The Wind, I need that Fresh Air. The Wind keeps me in check because Without The Wind...............BUT I don't have to worry about being without The Wind because I have The Wind, I have the Holy Spirit, I have my Comforter

•When you allow the Wind to lead you expect a miraculous outcome

•The Wind is inevitable but you have to be willing to except and welcome The Wind your way

•When I was out there lost in the world I was running from the wind but now I am running with The Wind

"Do Not Let The Wind Pass You By!"

•(4) Key points to capture The Wind and keep it blowing in your direction:

¥ You have to be BORN AGAIN, born of the spirit

¥You have to TRUST The Wind, you have to have faith in the Holy Spirit

¥You have to read God's WORD on a daily basis to understand The Wind. The Bible is like a map, it will make your route more clear

¥You have to continuously FAST & PRAY so you can be in tune with The Wind, to understand which direction The Wind is directing you
