How God Answers Prayer

Friends, as Pastor Dickerson stated on this morning you got to allow time for God to answer you in prayer!

The First Way That God Will Answer: He will answer immediately at times.

¥~Isaiah 65:24

•It is a promise that when you begin to call God says, "I will answer"

•God knows you, He knows you

•When you ask according to the Will of God it causes God to response before you say Amen, before you go into a high praise

The Second Way That God Answers: Sometimes God Will Delay The Answer.

¥~Luke 18:7

•Sometimes God will delay the response because He wants to know how persistent you are going to be in prayer

•Sometimes God will delay the answer because He wants you to cry unto Him, He wants you to be persistent not just when things are going good but you got to keep on praying even when you don't see any results

•You got to keep on coming back and say, "God all though you are not responding I thank you that you always hear me, I thank you that you are always moving!"

•Although God delays you got to be persistent, you have not been persistent enough 

The Third Way That God Answers: Different From Our Desire.

¥~2 Corinthians 12:8-9

•Sometimes God's response to your prayer is different than what you desire

•Sometimes God will not answer your prayer the way that you think He will answer

•Sometimes God will not have to move the situation, sometimes God will give you favor, sometimes favor will sustain you, sometimes favor will keep you glued to God

•Grace is unmerited favor

•Sometimes God will strengthen you to be able to deal with what ever the attack that the enemy is attacking 

•Some of you needs to be strengthen

•Some of your faith needs to be elevated to the place that will cause God to respond 

•God wants to elevate your faith so you can begin to stand on the power of His Word

•God wants to elevate your faith so you can believe that He can do the impossible 

•We get frustrated and God will keep it there but yet He will give you favor and He will not allow the very thing to destroy you, He will not allow the very thing to cause you to come unglued

The Fourth Way That God Answers: Beyond Your Expectation.

¥~Jeremiah 33:3

•God will answer your prayer beyond your expectation 

•When you ask God for one thing He will supersize what you ask for

•God will throw in an extra bonus

•Not only is God going to answer but God is going to show you His greatness

•God will show you His greatness, how great He is and how great you are

•God will enlarge your territory and show you great things
